Project Summary
West Point City acquired the consulting services of InterPlan to perform an update to their Transportation Master Plan. West Point City outlined five main tasks that they wanted the consultant to perform: Perform traffic counts, produce future traffic projections, develop a written transportation master plan, develop a capital facilities plan, and attend city council and staff meetings. InterPlan performed all the travel modeling, traffic analysis, capacity analysis, transit analysis, and non-motorized travel analysis. A capital facilities plan was developed as part of the written transportation master plan.
