Kenzie, Office Dog

Kenzie

Education:

Puppy School, 2 sessions, 2002

Professional Background:

Kenzie began her position as Office Dog shortly after InterPlan's acquisition of the building in Midvale.  She supervised the demolition and renovation of the former restaurant.  For a short time she watched over the office from the bench outside, but after being temporarily adopted by two elementary school boys, Kenzie returned to primarily inside duties.  Her most demanding task is communicating with staff during their Monday meetings when everyone is in the conference room.  Kenzie also works hard to identify security clearance specs for visitors and guests.  She has experience with residential dog tasks and excels at chicken herding and barking at horses.

Personal Interests:

Currently I am working with Jen on my singing hobby.  My dog sitter, Ken, is giving me voice lessons and I believe I may debut any month now.  I like it when Matt lets me inspect the Midvale neighborhood but I prefer to work inside.  I'm interested in helping Andrea's children learn to love dogs, but I am careful that they don't get too excited like when Vern's kids throw the ball for me.  As for the horses, they certainly were successful at adjusting the position of my left eye and skull, and now I'm anticipating my chest or back will be brought into allignment also.  I leave all of the work with bikes, cars, trucks, trains and buses to the InterPlan staff. Finally, I'd just like to say, " I am supportive of building more HOV lanes, provided dogs count as occupants."
