Personal Interests:
As the founder of InterPlan, Matt brings a passion to his professional expertise. Transportation helps to set the tone of how “livable” a place feels, and Matt’s goal has been to improve the communities where he lives, works, and plays. Like any experienced transportation planner, Matt has seen that a balanced transportation system encompassing all travel modes is an important and continuing goal for any area to achieve. Matt’s work, as well as the work of InterPlan, is targeted toward transportation improvements throughout Utah and the Rocky Mountain West. When not at work, Matt enjoys running, biking, skiing, walking his two dogs, camping, and along with his wife, supporting the needs of two young adult daughters.
